Two kinds of information
Your medical and treatment information is protected health information and is handled under HIPAA and applicable California privacy law. Our Notice of Privacy Practices governs that information. It is provided at your first visit and is available at the front desk at any time.
This Privacy Policy covers everything else: the information you give us through this website, through forms, by phone, and through marketing communications.

Card on file
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card is held securely by our payment processor and is not charged at the time of booking. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. The card on file is used only to hold your reservation and to apply the cancellation policy.
Text and email messages
Appointment reminders are sent by text or email based on the preference you give us.
Marketing messages are separate and require your opt-in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not affect your appointment reminders.
We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Photography
Clinical photographs are a standard part of tracking your progress and are stored as part of your medical record.
Photographs are never used on our website, in marketing, or on social media without your separate written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time in writing, and we will stop using the images going forward. Images already published or distributed before withdrawal may not be fully recoverable.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, including booking software, payment processors, email and text platforms, and website hosting
- Third party financing lenders, where you apply for financing. Approval and terms are determined by the lender, not by LaLa Aesthetics Med Spa, and the lender’s own privacy policy governs what you share with them

We will only discuss your care with the people you have authorized in writing.
How long we keep it
Medical records are retained for the period required by California law and our professional obligations. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
